Why choose CPRofessionals?
CPRofessionals has been in business since 1988 and is an authorized American Heart Association (AHA) and American Trauma Event Management (ATEM) training center. What sets us apart from others is we utilize individual manikins to reduce the training time and avoid sharing manikins. We are available to teach classes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Do you offer online courses?
Yes, CPRofessionals offers AHA online courses as well as in-house and on-site traditional classes. Refer to the Online Courses tab for further information on how you can sign up. Please note you must perform the skills testing in order to receive your 2 year AHA certification card. This can be completed by scheduling with us or any AHA training center that offers Skills Testing.
Will you train at our office?
Yes! CPRofessionals will train at your location anywhere in the tri-state area as well as PA.
When will we get our CPR card?
Once payment is received, we will send certification cards within 24 hours. We require payment within 10 business days of the class. This is to ensure compliance with AHA regulation that all certification cards must be received within 30 days of each class. Online course certification cards are received upon completion of skills testing in our office.
How long are the classes?
Average classes range from 1.5-4 hours, depending on the type of class needed and amount of students participating.
How do you take payment?
We take all Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, check or cash. We require payment within 10 business days of class and if paid by credit card an additional 7% will be charged.
What if I lose my card?
We are required to keep your card on file for 3 years by American Heart Association guidelines, therefore just give us a call and we will replace it for you for a minimal charge. A faxed copy can also be provided free of charge.
If I have been certified before, do I have to take the online course again or can I just come in for skills testing?
Yes, you need to complete the online course and skills testing to receive your certification card.
